Sáng ngày 03/12/2022 (10/11/Nhâm Dần), ĐĐ. Thích Minh Giác – Phó Trưởng Ban Từ thiện xã hội Phật giáo tỉnh, đã tổ chức trao tặng 100 phần quà cho người dân có hoàn cảnh khó khăn tại xã Hiệp Thành, thành phố Bạc Liêu.
Đại diện chính quyền địa phương tham dự: Bà Trần Thị Cẩm Thúy – Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã; bà Đoàn Thị Thanh Huyền – Chủ tịch UBMTTQVN xã.
Mỗi phần quà được trao trị giá 250.000 đồng, bao gồm: Gạo, mì và nhu yếu phẩm. Kinh phí những phần quà do Doanh nghiệp tư nhân Tuấn Loan tài trợ, với mong muốn hồi hương công đức lành cho hương linh người thân – Phật tử Triệu Mỹ Loan, Pháp danh Diệu Phụng.
Tại buổi trao quà tất cả đồng niệm danh hiệu Đức Phật Bổn Sư hồi hướng cho hương linh Phật tử Triệu Mỹ Loan và các hương linh quá vãng sớm được sinh về cõi tịnh.
